Raspberry Chicken - cooking recipe

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
5 oz. fruit sweetened raspberry preserves
1/2 c. pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c. fresh chopped basil
1/2 c. fresh raspberries for garnish
