Brunswick Stew For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (3 to 4 lb.) hens
12 lb. fresh pork
4 1/2 lb. beef roast
12 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
8 (No. 2) cans corn
3 lb. onion
1 1/2 pt. catsup
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salt
hot sauce to taste
Preparation
-
Cook meats and save the broth.
Grind the meats, onions and tomatoes.
Combine all ingredients including broth.
Cook over a low heat, stirring frequently.
The mixture burns easily.
