New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 8 oz. packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
7 eggs
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Cup sugar
juice of 1 whole lemon
Preparation

Add all ingredients and beat until batter is liquid.
Pour into buttered spring form pan, then place in water in broiler pan. Bake at 350 for 65 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave cake for another 30 minutes with the door shut and then 30 minutes with the door open.
