Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    5 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    scant 2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Cut shortening into flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add yeast and buttermilk.
    Stir well.
    Put mixture on floured surface.
    Knead a little and roll out.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Great to make ahead; will keep 3 or 4 days in refrigerator.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 10 minutes.
