Dill Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast or 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Mix yeast and warm water in bowl and set aside.
Heat cottage cheese.
Do not boil.
Add cottage cheese to yeast and water.
Now add remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Place on floured board.
Knead and shape into loaf.
Snip top.
Grease top.
Let rise in pan until doubled in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 or 35 minutes.
Excellent toasted.
