Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well and let set out of refrigerator all day, 8 to 12 hours, until very bubbly.
    Feed 2 or 3 times before making bread to avoid depleting your Starter.
    Take out one cup to make bread and return the rest to the refrigerator.
