Garden Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. diet oleo
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    1 medium stalk celery, sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In large heavy nonstick kettle or Dutch oven, cook onion in oleo.
    Add remaining ingredients and 5 cups water.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
