Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine
sugar,
margarine, syrup and vanilla in saucepan; bring
to
a boil and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add baking
soda.
Pour over popcorn in a large roasting pan; stir to coat.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; cool and serve.
