Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. Quaker oats
Preparation

Combine in saucepan butter, sugar, milk and salt; stirring bring to boil.
Boil 4 minutes.
Remove from heat, add vanilla, peanut butter and oats.
Mix. Pour into 13 x 9-inch buttered pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
