Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. oat bran flour or wheat flour
    3 c. Splenda (sugar substitute)
    1 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. yogurt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can pumpkin
    walnuts
    raisins
    peeled apples, cubed (optional)
Preparation
    Grease eight no. 2 cans.
    Fill about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes before taking out of can.
    Slice and spread with cream cheese and orange marmalade.
