Cheese Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes, baked
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or finely diced American processed cheese (1/4 c. reserved)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Bake potatoes.
After standing time, halve potatoes lengthwise and carefully scoop out inside.
Set shells aside.
Combine potatoes, butter, milk, salt and pepper in medium mixing bowl. Mash until fluffy.
