Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced, cooked chicken breasts
4 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. grated onion
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips (Ripples work best)
1 c. toasted cashews, pecans or almonds (optional)
Preparation

Combine chicken breasts, celery, salt, onion, Hellmann's mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with Cheddar cheese and potato chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
