Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed basil leaves
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 - 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (grated)
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    2 large cloves garlic
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. fat free yogurt (optional)
Preparation
    Blend or puree together all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
    Add salt and Parmesan cheese to taste.
    (You may freeze pesto for later use.)
    To make a creamy pesto, mix with yogurt before serving.
