Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    bit of garlic
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
Preparation
    Cut beef in thin strips.
    Season with salt and pepper and dredge lightly with flour.
    Cook beef, onion and garlic in oil until lightly browned.
    Stir in soup, mushrooms, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream but do not boil.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
