Fried Cheese Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    oil
Preparation
    Cut cheese into 3-inch cubes and dip in egg; coat with combined crumbs and sesame seed.
    Repeat.
    Fry in deep hot oil at 350\u00b0 for 1 or 2 minutes or until browned.
