Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cubed
    5 to 6 stalks celery, cut
    1 large onion, sliced in quarters
    5 to 6 carrots, sliced in quarters
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put steak in bottom of flat Pyrex.
    Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over all a small can of tomato juice.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour with dish covered tightly with foil.
    Cook potatoes separately.
    Serves 6.
