Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    garlic powder to taste
    large pinch of soda
    1/4 c. evaporated milk or cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Shape into two balls or logs. Sprinkle with paprika and roll in pecans.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Can be frozen.
