Off-The-Bone Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. cut chicken wings
    3 Tbsp. low salt soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    3 oz. mushrooms, roughly chopped (fresh)
    8 to 10 oz. low salt chicken broth
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken wings.
    Place chicken into a container or Ziploc bag and add 2 tablespoons of sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil and pepper to taste.
    Marinate overnight or no less than 1 hour (cook's choice).
