Cheezy Vegetable Soup(Lighter Eating - 1 Point) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. frozen mixed vegetables
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    10 oz. light velveeta cheese cubed, small
Preparation
    Put all veggies, tomatoes, and broth in pot and bring to a boil. Then add your cheese, melt thoroughly. Once melted it is ready to eat.
