Diet Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped
    1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of nutmeg and paprika
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain.
    Mix eggs, cottage cheese and seasonings. Blend in spinach and put in Pam-sprayed pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
