Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef chuck roast
    2 cloves garlic
    1 chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 c. beef broth (approximately)
    1 can diced green chiles
Preparation
    Boil meat with garlic until tender (can cook in pressure cooker until tender).
    Cool and cut or shred meat in small pieces.
