2 lb. round or chuck steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. light molasses
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. small onions
1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preparation

Brown meat in hot oil in skillet.
Place in cooker; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cook 6 to 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
