Barbecued Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and broth.
    Add soup, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.
    Mix melted margarine with rice and add to mixture. Pour mixture into casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 6 to 8.
