Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can Mexican corn
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown together hamburger, diced onion and oil.
    Add chili powder, salt, pepper, chicken broth, tomatoes and corn.
    Bring this to a boil and stir in rice.
    Simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    Serve with salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
