Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly with electric mixer.
    Add melted butter, sugar, flour and milk.
    Beat again until well blended.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into 2 ungreased 8-inch pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and cut.
    Makes 16 servings.
    Do not use a pie crust.
    This makes its own.
