Mexican Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 Pablano peppers
    1 can green chili peppers
    1 onion, chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables in butter.
    Place in blender and mush. Add sour cream.
    Layer rice mush and cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and is hot through.
