Layered Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 tortillas, lightly buttered
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add seasonings and tomato sauce. In round 2-quart dish, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and grated cheese. Add water. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
