Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda
1/3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix with mixer the oil, sugar and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When done and cool, top with icing.
