Tangy Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
    1 (16 oz.) can chunky fruit
    2 large bananas, cut 1/2-inch slices and tossed in 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large apple, cubed
    3 Tbsp. instant pudding mix
    3 Tbsp. Tang mix
Preparation
    Whisk together pudding mix, Tang and pineapple juice.
    Toss with fruit.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Any combination of melons and fruits may be used.
