Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 glass of pepper
    salt and pepper
    carrots and potatoes
    oil
    mushrooms
    chorizo
Preparation
    The day before, prepare the meat with all the spices (condiments).
    You put in the oven for 1 hour at 450\u00b0, then you put the potatoes, mushrooms and carrots and let everything cook.
    You take the meat out, you slice and put it back in the oven.
    You then, take it out and serve it on a platter.
    Total cooking time:
    2 1/2 hours.
