Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. shallots or sweet onion, chopped
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or white wine
1 lb. scallops
Preparation

Mix all, adding scallops last.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
