Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients.
Batter will be very thick.
Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
This cake is good plain, but powdered sugar and milk can be mixed until thin enough to pour over cake.
