Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box Minute rice
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook rice and broccoli as directed.
    In large bowl, combine rice and broccoli; add onion, mushrooms and 1 soup can of hot water.
    Break up cheese and add, stirring until blended.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
    Serves 18 to 20.
