Cinnamon Raisin Bread(For Bread Machines) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
3 c. bread flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. warm milk
2/3 c. raisins (at room temperature)

Preparation

Add ingredients into the pan in the order listed.
Select white bread and push \"start.\"
Add the raisins at the \"beep\" near the end of the second mixing as they tend to remain whole. Sometimes you can add them at the beginning so they are nice and fine.
Try it both ways.
