Potato Balls - Deep Fried - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. flour (unsifted)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 well beaten egg
5 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients in order given.
Fry in deep fat by dropping from a tablespoon.
Fat is hot enough when a cube of bread browns in 1 minute.
When potato balls are brown, drain onto paper. Serve hot.
