Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut (more if you like)
    1 stick butter
    2 tsp. vanilla flavorings
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, milk, coconut, butter, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
