Meatballs In Sweet Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. chopped pepper
1/4 c. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of ground cloves
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients and make into balls; bake or brown in skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; add meatballs.
Simmer about 2 1/2 hours.
