Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    12 to 15 squash (yellow) or 18 oz. frozen squash
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    2 c. cornbread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Add the first 10 ingredients and cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Add cornbread crumbs and beaten eggs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
