Veal Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal, cut in cubes
    1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove large white and long red pepper from pickling spice. Leave a few cloves.
    Boil veal, salt and spice for 20 minutes.
    Add onion.
    Boil until meat is very tender, 1 hour.
