Squash Soup(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 yellow crookneck squash
    1/2 c. chicken broth (canned)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    a slight dash of cinnamon
    1 c. half and half or cream
    sour cream
    fresh chopped dill, parsley or basil
Preparation
    Boil cut up squash, onions and spices in broth until tender. Place the mixture in a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add half and half.
    Blend until very smooth.
