Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, peeled and cubed
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
1 large onion, diced
1 c. grated cheese
3 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown together ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery. Place meat mixture, cheese, zucchini, and soup in alternate layers in casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Dot with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
