Creamy Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, pepper and onion.
For dressing, stir together mayo, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt.
Pour dressing over cabbage and toss lightly.
Cover and chill.
Serves 8.
