Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (7 oz.) cans Ortega chilis
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    Lawry's seasoning salt
Preparation
    Step 1:
    (May be done ahead.)
    Open up chilis and clean. Layer in greased large casserole (sprinkle with Cheddar cheese). Blend milk, eggs, flour and salt in blender.
    Pour over cheese and chili layers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
