Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. flour
tomato sauce
olives
peppers
onions
vegetables
mushrooms
Mozzarella cheese, grated
sprinkle of oregano, garlic salt or poppy seed (as desired)
Italian seasoning
Preparation

Put yeast and warm water in warm place; let bubble for 10 minutes.
Add sugar, salt, oil and flour.
Stir and knead lightly. Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.
Pat out very thinly with edges on the sides on a cookie pan or pizza pan, greased.
