One Dish Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 raw potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. rice, boiled
1 stalk celery
1 green pepper, cut up
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can tomatoes
1 small onion
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Chop celery, onion and green pepper together.
Brown meat in skillet.
Arrange in layers the potatoes, rice, celery and meat. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Pour tomatoes over all. Put bread crumbs on top.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
