Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large apple (unpeeled), diced
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
    1 tsp. sugar (I use Equal)
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise (I use Weight Watchers)
    2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans Hormel chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Toss apples with vinegar in bowl to coat thoroughly; set aside.
    Drain when ready to mix with other ingredients.
    Combine sugar, cinnamon, pepper and mayonnaise; stir into apples.
    Add chicken and mix.
