Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in a 2-quart casserole and cover tightly.
    Bake for 3 hours.
    Stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
