Beet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 beets, peeled and diced
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 carrots, cut small
6 c. water
salt and pepper
sour cream (2 tsp. for every serving)

Preparation

Add all ingredients, except sour cream.
Simmer until ingredients are tender.
