Quick Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. leftover meat, poultry, fish or vegetables
1/2 c. diced onions
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle meat/vegetables, onions and cheese in pie plate.
Beat salt, milk, biscuit mix and eggs together until smooth.
Pour milk mixture into pie plate.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean (30 to 35 minutes).
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
