pecan halves
vanilla caramels
semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Arrange pecan halves on a greased baking sheet, flat sides down in groups of four.
Center one vanilla caramel atop each cluster of pecans.
Heat in a 325\u00b0 oven until caramels soften (about 7 to 8 minutes).
Remove from oven and with a buttered spatula, flatten caramels over pecans.
Cool slightly; remove from pan to waxed paper.
Spread tops with melted semi-sweet chocolate.
